As a distinguished Professional Landscape Architect and LEED Green Associate, Kristen has been an integral part of the KW team, driving success in some of our most significant projects. Her expertise and leadership have played a crucial role in shaping the growth and achievements of the company. Throughout her tenure with KW, Kristen has developed a diverse portfolio, managing and delivering exceptional results across various project types, including parks, trails, and multifamily developments. Recently, she has focused on master-planned communities, leading key developments such as Riverstone at Westpointe, Winding Creek, and Kallison Ranch. Her ability to bring projects of all sizes to life with precision and creativity has made her a trusted partner for our clients. In her free time, Kristen loves spending time with her friends, and her husband Nick along with their energetic puppy, Leo.
