Aaron Leggett

As a Project Executive, Aaron has over eleven years of experience in construction administration, multifamily, and high-end residential project management and design. He has recently been more involved with master planned communities given the recent demand. He utilizes his creativity and realistic approach to help develop projects embodying functionality and aesthetics for clients and the community. Aaron understands the importance of team collaboration, proper coordination, and critical thinking to deliver successful projects on schedule and within budget. At KW, Aaron’s primary focus is leading and supporting his team, as well as coordinating with clients and consultants to produce high-quality results that elevate their projects to the next level. He also likes to use his experience and knowledge to help educate from a code and accessibility point of view. Outside of work, Aaron makes it a priority to spend quality time with his wife and two children. During the college football season, he is a very passionate member of the 12th man and supporting his Aggies. He has very little spare time with two toddlers now, but he is also an avid golfer and enjoys improving his game while having fun.

If you are drawing a line on paper or in CAD, it should have meaning or a purpose. No matter how mundane the task is, it should be done with passion. That’s when you know you have found your niche.” As you can see, Aaron appreciates the fine details and considers himself very detail oriented.”
