Multi-Family Lark Baton Rouge

The Lark Baton Rouge is a 5-story student housing apartment complex for Louisiana State University (LSU), featuring a 695-bed units. Distinguished as the largest LEED for Homes – Platinum Student Housing Project in the U.S., our commitment to sustainability shines through with an environment that is 43% more efficient than a standard new home and 73% more efficient than an existing apartment. Beyond sustainability, our design prioritized luxury and recreation, offering an array of amenities such as a lazy river, amphitheater, putting green, resort-style pool, private beach with tanning cabanas, and a sand volleyball court. Our goal was to provide residents with an unparalleled living experience that balances environmental responsibility with indulgent leisure.
