Jessica Escobar
Jessica has joined KW as a Project Executive, where she will lead San Antonio projects, communicate with clients, and assist in managing team schedules. Her role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards, while also fostering client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Originally from the West Coast, she is a California-licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) and brings over a decade of experience to our team. She has managed a variety of projects ranging from luxury custom residential to multi-family developments to large-scale amusement parks. Jessica is excited to start a new chapter in her career with KW as well as in life, as she and her family recently moved from California to Texas.
When she’s not at the office, she spends most of her time with her husband and two children, at the gym, or on the water. She also loves to travel and experience new cities, so she is looking forward to exploring Texas and the surrounding areas.

- She once took a private tour of the Villa Noailles and it’s iconic garden in Hyeres, France.
- Her most memorable concert with her husband was at a 3-day festival in the Dominican Republic at an all-inclusive beach resort.
- She can watch the same comedy movies on repeat and still be entertained, her favorite being Couples Retreat, but will usually fall asleep during action movies.
