As the first Ajera Project Accountant for KW, Damon is tasked with orchestrating seamless coordination between project managers to guarantee accurate scheduling and budgets. His primary objective is to ensure that projects adhere to established timelines following the finalization and acceptance of proposals. In addition, Damon is also involved in the management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation in collaboration with the esteemed accounting department here at KW. He is eager to immerse himself in the realm of the financial industry for KW, particularly as it pertains to managing concurrent responsibilities across various projects. In his spare time, you can find Damon trying new restaurants or watching his favorite contact sports such as football, MMA, or boxing!
