Perched above an underground parking garage and overlooking the Katy Trail Greenway, this stunning pool becomes a seamless extension of its vibrant urban surroundings. Featuring a 100% brimming edge along the entire perimeter, an attached water fountain feature, and a sunken seating area with a fire pit, the design invites relaxation with stunning views. Natural white quartzite in varied finishes takes the place of traditional coping and waterline tile, bringing a refined, modern aesthetic that sets The Katy apart as a distinctive retreat in the heart of Dallas.
