Nick Kalescky | Project Executive Team Lead
Based in our Austin office, Nick Kalescky has been promoted to Project Executive Team Lead. In this expanded leadership role, Nick will help guide project teams, strengthen client relationships, and support the successful delivery of work across the firm. His ability to balance strategic oversight, project performance, and team collaboration has made him a trusted leader within KW. Nick’s promotion reflects his continued commitment to our clients, our people, and the long-term success of the firm.
Meredith Chavez | Design Executive Team Lead
Meredith Chavez has been promoted to Design Executive Team Lead in our Houston office. Meredith brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to the design process, helping teams translate a project’s vision into meaningful and memorable places. In her new role, she will continue to guide design direction, support quality across projects, and mentor team members as they grow their capabilities. Her promotion recognizes her design leadership, creative perspective, and commitment to elevating KW’s work.
Roger Hill | Design Manager
Based in Austin, Roger Hill has been promoted to Design Manager. Roger has demonstrated continued growth in his ability to lead the design process, coordinate project teams, and move ideas from early concept through detailed development. In his expanded role, he will help manage design workflows, support project delivery, and maintain a high level of quality and consistency across assignments. Roger’s thoughtful approach, reliability, and dedication to strong design make him an important resource for both our teams and clients.
Shade Winfrey | Design Manager
Shade Winfrey has been promoted to Design Manager in our Houston office. Shade brings creativity, curiosity, and a strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving throughout the design process. In this new role, Shade will take on greater responsibility for guiding design development, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and helping projects advance from vision to implementation. This promotion reflects Shade’s continued professional growth and the meaningful contributions made to KW’s projects and design culture.
Chelsea Anderson, LI | CA Executive
Based in Austin, Chelsea Anderson, LI has been promoted to CA Executive. Chelsea plays an essential role in helping carry design intent from the drawing set into the built environment. In her expanded position, she will provide leadership throughout the construction administration process, strengthen coordination among project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors, and help ensure that projects are implemented with quality and care. Her attention to detail, field knowledge, and commitment to successful project outcomes make her an invaluable part of the KW team.
Rob Johnson, PLA | Project Manager
Rob Johnson, PLA has been promoted to Project Manager in our Houston office. Rob has demonstrated a strong ability to coordinate teams, communicate with clients, manage project priorities, and keep work moving forward. In his new role, he will take on increased responsibility for project planning, schedules, deliverables, and day-to-day client and team coordination. Rob’s promotion recognizes his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.
