More than a design manual, the guidebook documents community materials, site furnishings, amenities, landscape palettes, equipment selections, manufacturer information, vendor contacts, and a comprehensive planting guide in one centralized resource. Whether replacing site furnishings, coordinating repairs, planning future improvements, or onboarding new management teams, the Community Guidebook provides the information needed to make informed decisions while maintaining design consistency.

As a post-construction support service, the Community Guidebook bridges the gap between project completion and long-term community stewardship, helping ensure the original design intent continues to shape the resident experience for years to come.
