Chris Martinez
Chris has been promoted to Director of Marketing, a role that reflects his leadership in building and shaping KW’s marketing efforts from their early inception to now being recognized on a national level. With a decade of experience in A/E/C marketing and business development, Chris has been instrumental in guiding strategic pursuits, elevating brand awareness, and fostering the firm’s unique culture. In his new role, he will continue leading KW’s award-winning team in showcasing the people, projects, and mission that authentically connect communities to their environments.

Nicholas Kalescky
Nicholas has quickly grown into his role as Project Executive in our Austin office, where he focuses on fostering exceptional collaboration with clients and leading his teams to deliver projects that reflect each client’s vision. With nearly a decade of experience in landscape architecture and urban planning, Nicholas brings expertise and energy to every project, drawing from his background in master planned communities, multifamily, and commercial development. We’re excited to see how he’ll continue to be a driving force for our team!

Rukhshaba Shehrin
Rukhshaba has been promoted to Project Manager in our Houston office, where she leads projects from design through construction while continuing to grow her expertise and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams. Passionate about sustainability and creating engaging outdoor spaces, we’re excited for Rukhshaba to bring creativity and purpose to every project she works on.

Erin Sims
Erin has been promoted to Project Coordinator in our Indianapolis office, where she continues to build on her experience across diverse project types throughout Indiana and Texas. Her exposure to multiple regions has strengthened her project perspective and adaptability, while her collaborative approach allows her to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, and teammates across offices. Erin is dedicated to growing her skills and contributing to the success of every project she supports.

Colin Tran
Colin has been promoted to Project Coordinator, where he continues to grow his skills in technology and software while supporting recreation, education, and urban design projects. He produces deliverables through CAD, 3D modeling, and Revit, gaining hands-on experience in project production and building a strong foundation in design and documentation. We’re excited to see Colin continue developing his expertise and making a lasting impact on our projects and team.
