Frank Gibase

Frank is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas with nearly eight years of experience spanning a wide range of project types and scales. His background includes work on commercial office, retail, laboratory, hospitality space, as well as significant contributions to high-rise residential towers.

At KW, Frank leads our on-structure multi-family projects, bringing years of technical 3D-modeling experience and advanced technical expertise to rooftop amenity decks, courtyards, and elevated outdoor environments. His diagram-driven design approach emphasizes clarity, organization of program, and purposeful space-making, ensuring each project seamlessly integrates architecture and landscape.

I've spent most of my career working inside the building enclosure. I'm excited for the opportunity to get outside a bit and bring an architectural approach into the firm. I think there are many similarities between building design and landscape design, and I'm excited to work with the super skilled KW team to learn more about this field and execute great projects in the city I now call home.”

  • Married to my wife Sara for 4 years and proud cat dad to 2 cats - Trippe and Julio Jones. Also claim the neighborhood stray - Kevin - as one of our own.
  • Love playing Soccer and Music (when I'm not too lazy), going to concerts, and just checking out new bars and restaurants in Houston with friends.
  • From Georgia, so big Atlanta sports fan - Braves, Falcons, United, and Hawks. Also always cheering on my alma mater Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
