One of Kudela & Weinheimer's first projects after opening their doors in 1991 was a Walmart center in Stafford, Texas. Having worked with Walmart for almost 20 years, Kudela & Weinheimer is familiar with these types of big box retail centers. Visibility and vehicular and pedestrian circulation are key factors when designing the landscaping for retail developments. When designing Walmart centers, K&W is responsible for site services, parking lot beautification, city ordinance plantings, special pavements at entry areas and intersections, irrigation and tree preservation.
