There were two phases to this project which includes 511,200 sf of space, 52,000 of which is office and the remainder is office space. This is a high end shopping experience which serves the wealthy clientele of Memorial. It has many seating and gathering areas adorned with trees, shrubbery, pavers and water features. Some stores include Restoration Hardware, Talbots, Talbots Kids, Barnes & Noble and William-Sonoma.
