Destined to be the focal point of activity in Nassau Bay, Texas, Nassau Bay Town Square will combine office, retail and multi-family residential uses with a 176 room hotel, conference center and restaurants.

 

Kudela & Weinheimer is responsible for the landscaping on the 31 acre mixed use development. Goals for this project were to invoke a "small town" feel, by providing small-scale human spaces, leverage historical association with the Johnson Space Center, use arts as a cultural theme, and create a walk-able mixed use community. Nassau Bay Town Square includes water features, specialty pavements, specialty signage and outdoor art throughout.

 

The development, when completed, will consist of 3 office buildings containing as much as 600,000 sq ft, a 313 unit multi-family project, a 176 room Marriott Hotel, approximately 73,000 sq ft of retail, a 27,000 sq ft conference center and Nassau Bay City Hall. NASA Parkway Bypass enhances the project's access directly to Interstate 45 with its entrance and exit just a few feet from Saturn Lane.
