LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch caters to a broad spectrum of clientele. It is located in the suburbs of Houston, however was designed to keep consumers interested in the space and to spend more time traveling through the retail spaces. The paths and walkways were inviting for the consumer to engage in the shopping experience instead of creating a park and go situation. LaCenterra had the challenge of integrating pedestrian circulation with vehicles. Being a true mixed use community K&W also had to integrate gathering spaces for clientele and residents and maintain retail visibility.
