This is the fifth phase of the Moody Garden Campus. This phase fulfilled the owners desire for a state-of-the art aquarium at this destination resort. Design work included a new vehicular drop-off, pedestrian circulation pedestrian pavements, entrances into the building, as well as a lush tropical landscape design. This Visitors center and Tropical Biome was the next step in the overall master plan established by Sir Geoffrey Jellicoe for this destination resort. The plan incorporates large rock grottos, water features, light columns, hardscape and tropical landscape design.
