This project is an excellent example of how to turn a left over piece of property in to a vibrant people space. This plaza was designed to be a very people friendly space. Individual courtyards show case different pieces of artwork. The designer used a wide variety of native West Texas plant materials to appeal to all of the visual senses. Water was also used as a visual stimulus as well as noise in the background. This plaza provides the user with both active and passive spaces for. Large trees were transplanted onsite to provide an instant sense of scale.
