West Pointe Center is located in West Houston on Beltway 8. The project has excellent access and visibility from the Betlway. Outside of the 170,800 sf building, Kudela & Weinheimer designed all of the soft-scaping and hard-scaping on the 24.8 acres which the office park sits. The drop off/entry of the building includes decorative paving and a round about style drive up for convenience. The landscaping is a comprehensive low-maintenance package.
