Granite Westchase is a Class A office building in the Westchase District of Houston. The building has 335,000 sf office building with an eight story parking garage. The building compliments Phase One, a 14-story glass building built in the 1980s. K&W was responsible for all of the heardscaping and softscaping outside of the building.
