K&W completed the design of a one acre roof-top oasis for residents of the Warwick Towers.  The resort-like space sits atop the community’s five story parking garage.  Along with spectacular views of Downtown Houston to the north and the Medical Center to the south, the transformed site features a 5-hole putting green, tennis court, and jogging trail.  The roof garden is dotted with clusters of teak benches.
