The property has two distinct upscale resort style swimming pools, one of which is 300 ft Long. Surrounding the pool areas are private bungalows and an outdoor cabana bar. There is extensive soft landscaping surrounding the deck and large cabanas for homeowners. These pools serve 200 units within the 30 -story high-rise building.
