The Montecristo in San Antonio is a resort styled community that sits on 21.6 acres and has 258 units. The resort style amenities designed by Kudela & Weinheimer included in this project were a poolside cabana with shaded seating, pet park, barbeque area and luxury pool. The entry and drop off includes pavers and soft-scaping that create a “wow factor” to entice renters at the first impression.
