The Broadway is a 20 story luxury high rise in San Antonio on a 2.75 acre site at the corner of Broadway and Hildebrand.  The tower contains 94 condominiums that offer fantastic views of San Antonio and the scenic hill country.  Landscape Architectural services included on the project were; creating urban spaces along the street perimeter, gardens, courtyards, vehicular pavements, and project monuments in the landscape.  Due to site constraints, the amenity courtyard is placed on a below ground parking garage that serves as the primary parking structure for the residents. The courtyards offer a resort-like space with several decorative pavements, fountains, trellises, cooking and entertaining areas, along with a resort style swimming pool and spa.
