This is a redevelopment of an apartment complex built in the 1970s. The design is a unique modern design that reflects the commercial and residential context of it's surroundings. The pool area is large, urban, resort style pool with an outdoor cabana. Fountains, deck and a fireplace, with Pennsylvania Bluestone pavements.
