This new professional MOB includes a 5 story-parking garage with a varied street scene. The garage face is screened from West Holcombe with two different types of aluminum grilles to visually divide the exterior appearance of the facility. At grade, shade canopies, landscape elements, benches, and a granite façade differentiate garage and tower entries. There is a glass enclosure at the street level for a 52,000 SF retail lease space for a health club at the east end. A plaza and garden are planned along the west side of the development to enhance the entrance into the adjacent residential subdivision.
