West Ranch is approximately 800 acres. The planned community includes more than 60 acres of park space and 110 acres of natural trails tying into Centennial Park. The community has two Recreation Complexes, tot lots and parks and a resort style swimming pool. There are also 70 acres of commercial development. West Ranch was designed and constructed in phases.

 

Kudela & Weinheimer also designed a greenbelt hike & bike trail along Chigger Creek and a fishing/lookout landing.
